Even 2 hours can be tight if first flight is delayed ,which happens a lot in DUB .I have missed connections in AUH or else i have made the flight but my bag did not!

thank you Robert,i was confused as i understand that with a multi-entry O-A,valid 12 months, a reentry gets another 12month admitted to date if done within the validity of the visa?Does this not equally apply to non-0 if rentry is within the validity of the visa?

So to realistically allow a 7 day leeway when applying for first extension ,funds must be deposited within 23 days of arrival 23+60+7=90.

Thank you Robert.So in the given 90 days a bank account has to be opened and the funds transferred from foreign account .With regard to the 2 months seasoning,what is the latest day that the first extension can be applied for?
