Wow, I’m guessing that most of you posting do not have any knowledge of Thailand. Renaldo, yes, as long as you have an income, you will be fine, take a vacation there. The cost of living is very reasonable, medical care is one of the best in the world and you will not be bankrupt. This country is called the land of smiles, and yes, you will be greeted by people that will take care of you.

I’ve been here for seven years, bouncing between Thailand and Malaysia. You rarely ever hear of theft or any killings. Read on the internet about expats abroad, there is a ton of info and I can assure you, most people in this area speaks English and you will meet many expats here.

I hope you well and ignore the people whom are afraid of leaving their home. My wife and I have been traveling for 13 yrs and living life!
