Apply in your home country for Non OA Then get a 12 extension in Thailand. Much easier.

 once you use an agent once. You will always have to use them. Agents are the whole problem for the rest of us

If you are in BKK they will not give you residence cert before first 90 day report. You will find it very hard to get either on a TV. Need a Non O for anything like that
