 This issue will never go away until the terms "Visa": and "Extension" are dealt with. It's confusing for no reason. Everywhere there is a service, it's written Visa, not extension.

Are immigration officers still conducting annual home visits for marriage visa validity in Thailand?

Thank you one and all. Still debating. I do have a friend who switched from retirement to marriage but said it was so annoying, he’s thinking of switching back. We both use Chonburi Immigration in Pattaya. Still, it would be nice to free up 400,000 baht.
