 I have a Myanmar friend who is in Thailand and is planning to come to Vietnam next week to apply for a visa. Today when I went to the Embassy to ask, they said it was possible.

All documents related to visa application must be notarized. Bank statements do not need to be notarized. I applied for visa from Vietnam 5 days ago.
