because I bought our flight using English passport so my ticket is matched with my name. Also I've just had my Thai passport issued from the Thai embassy in London after I bought the tickets

You are still married for sure and the same law is recognised in UK. You will not be able to get married legally unless you have a decree absolute (Thai version) a proper divorce paper stamped by the local khet where you were married
