You can do it yourself, ask the owner to provide the documents to present at the immigration. The owner provides us her ID photocopy, lease agreement, proxy letter allowing us to submit it on her behalf.

Yes someone mentioned about having Commission on Filipino Overseas certificate. And I am very confused if Philippine Immigration really require that when leaving the country?
