Unfortunately, there is no 'default' address for your TM30. It means even if you have to spend a night in a hospital or a hotel somewhere, you will have to submit a new TM30 when you get home. It's a pain which is why I do it online.
If you have since travelled anywhere, even within Thailand where a TM30 was submitted, you now have to submit a new TM 30 at your old 'standard' address. Failure to do so means a 1600 THB fine.
Take it with you just in case. I have dual Nationality and was once asked at immigration for the second passport that I barely use. Fortunately I had it with me.
