thanks everyone for your responses. One common theme I keep reading but is not accurate, is that the error is on the biodata /passport stuff.

The error is not necessarily on the biodata, as I just checked that.

Surely there is an error on the documents, somewhere, which I don't get access to, but not on the biodata, because I can see my details input on the application cancellation on the website and they are perfect.
