I just received contradictory information from Siam legal.

I can work remotely in a marriage visa or elite visa as long as I am only dealing with my Swiss clients and I am still on a uk contract and still paid into a uk bank account

Looks like I won’t be working for my company in Thailand. No worries I’ll just take my pension and say goodbye to the company

Sounds like I am being given the bums rush.

Just for reference the company can more than meet any financial requirements they have

I can apply for a work permit in the non o marriage visa I just wanted to know if I had to wait for the extension.

My company have agreed that they want me to remain with them and they will offer me employment based on the fact that I have a non o marriage visa not using the non b visa which takes into consideration the quota of 4 - 1

I will be working in my same role. I work with customers in EMEA region and I currently work from home.

I will be working in Thailand from home dealing with customers mainly in Europe and middle east
