Hi all.

I am in need of some clarification regarding 90 day reporting.

I have just received my 3 month non o visa marriage which is dated 02 January and expires 31 March.

I have a receipt of notification dated 08 November when I started the application process. On this date they gave me an extension until 27 January

My question is in which date do I have to do my 90 day reporting? Is it in February based in the November notification or in march based on the date of the visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on when to perform their 90-day reporting after receiving a 3-month Non-O visa for marriage, specifically whether the reporting date is based on a prior notification or the visa expiration date.

If immigration hasn't given you a 90 day report slip yet, then you're still not required to do a 90 day report. Normally the requirement starts once you receive your 1-year extension and that's when they'll put a 90 day report slip in your passport.

Thanks for the info. It appears the papers they gave me on 8 November were my notification of residence papers. I have not received a paper telling me of my 90 day notification date.
