You need to get the FET document from the receiving bank for each transfe which will specify your name and amount. This will satisfy immigration. It's straightforward enough.

It's common knowledge that some immigration offices have their own rules and policies which are not reflected in others

So the government can freeze your account, but they can't stop you withdrawing cash from an ATM? Interesting

Airport immigration don't care about 90-day reports, and the chances of getting picked up on it at a later date are a zillion to one against

Ok. You cannot "renew" a visa. If you mean you are applying for a 12-month extension, if your landlord has filed the TM30, you don't need to present anything to immigration. Just ensure you have your last 90-day report notification if you have been in the country for more than 90 days

Most visas are now eVisas. You need to specify WHICH visa

During the two years I was on OA I never submitted one 90-day report. They don't care at the airport, and as you don't have to attend an immigration office during those two years, it'll never be picked up. In the zillion to one chance it is, it's a 2000 baht fine. But it won't be picked up

You're probably best advised to get the ME Tourist Visa - this can give you up to nine months with two border bounces
