You need to get the FET document from the receiving bank for each transfe which will specify your name and amount. This will satisfy immigration. It's straightforward enough.
Ok. You cannot "renew" a visa. If you mean you are applying for a 12-month extension, if your landlord has filed the TM30, you don't need to present anything to immigration. Just ensure you have your last 90-day report notification if you have been in the country for more than 90 days
During the two years I was on OA I never submitted one 90-day report. They don't care at the airport, and as you don't have to attend an immigration office during those two years, it'll never be picked up. In the zillion to one chance it is, it's a 2000 baht fine. But it won't be picked up
