I’m guessing Jermaine is a female and not indoctrinated, so thinks nothing of insulting her own kind or casting aspersions on others. Ad hominem attacks are de rigueur in most uncivilized places, still, even though it’s 2024. Maybe that’s why she came to study at “one of the best schools” in Thailand, or how ever she put it.

Please share your oratory school perspective. “Respond in kind” has been with us since at least the book of Exodus, and I personally don’t take well to ad hominem attacks aimed in my direction. Especially when they’re baseless. Maybe don’t pile on and just let this go? Which I should’ve done by not writing this very message. 🤦 oh well. Boredom. The part you've neglected to mention is the numerous accidents that never make it to insurance because they are negotiated on the street, neither party had insurance, etc. There is literally no record of those. They could be minor, if you're lucky, or they could be major. It's impossible to know, and with Thai roads being what they are (stats are public - not my words here), it's more likely than not that a second hand car has been through something.

I wouldn’t buy second hand in Thailand. You never know what kind of accident or flood has been covered up and you cannot rely on basic honesty in this country.
