it’s directly from the electric company. But the building did some emergency electrical work two times and shut off the power during the spilling cycle and all of a sudden it doubled and my usage has not changed

I asked because I wanna know how much time I have to fight it basically because I’ve read that people have had that happen and it gets adjusted but it takes some time.
