the local Amphur will not issue me with yellow house book unless married to Thai national

Tried to open account in both SCB and Kasikorn. Non O visa(new stamp) certificate of residency from immigration. Three banks denied me saying I needed either yellow house book or be married to a Thai national. Utterly ridiculous state of affairs.phetchabun area

unfortunately I had that but the still said no. They wanted either the yellow house book. Or that I’m married to a Thai national.

done that. I have also given them the certificate of residency form Immigration. Still denied. They all say I have to have either yellow house book or be married to Thai national!!!!!!

Similar story here. Got my Non O before I entered the country. I now have a certificate of residency from immigration which immigration assures me allows me to open a bank account. Both SCB and Kasikorn have denied account!! They say I either need to be married to a Thai national or have yellow Tabian Ban. Who I also can’t get.!!!!!!

Update. SCB Phetchabun refused me even with all the paperwork. Will only open account to foreigner if married to a Thai national 🤣🤣🤣. The Bermuda Triangle of decisions
