that was very easy to guess since you wrote that you are in the mid of your 60 days tourist visa stay permit😂 . . . my second name isn't Sherlock, really needn't much guessing

You probably have no more 15-21 days left on your current stay permit, so you NEED to apply for the 30-days touristic extension. You should then apply for the change ASAP you get issued the 30 more days stay permit. The clock is already running

no, I am not contradicting Brandon. In order to be able to apply for the "change", you need to have 15 working days left on your stay permit stamp. That's the date in blue ink on your entry stamp. Brandon says it's 15-21 days, depending on which office. I am in perfect unison with this: if it's 15 days, Immigration will point out it's "working days". If they say 21 days, they might add two weekends to the count of 15 working days

you should have applied very soon after you entered. In order to be allowed to apply for the "change of visa type" from the Tourist Visa to the "90-days Non-Imm-o marriage visa", you need to have a minimum of 15 working days left on your stay permit stamp. Because the "90-days Non-Imm-O Visa" will be issued for "14 days under consideration". On the day of your application to the change", you need to show a minimum of 400,000.- THB in your Thai bank account, with a proof that they have been transferred from abroad, there is no seasoning needed at this point however. Normally most applicants do not wait until they fetch their 30-days extension on top of the 60 days stay permit from the tourist visa, they don't even wait so much longer into the first 60 days, than what time they need to open a bank account on a tourist visa - for which they might need the help of an agent.

your plan B should consist returning to your home country before your stay permit expires (!!) and give birth to the child there. Moreover so because giving birth to your child in Thailand does not grant you any advantages. When the baby is a bit older, you could apply for the correct visa for yourself at the Thai embassy or consulate (sadly there is no more consulate in Denpessar so you would need to apply via the Jakarta embassy). I suggest you check out the multi-entry 6-months Tourist Visa and check if you can fulfill the requirements. One can get almost 9 months out of this visa. Your child could enter visa-exempt together with you (given it has a citizenship and passport of Bali/Indonesia). There are no alternatives, as you cannot border bounce consecutively - you will definitely be denied entry at some point after a handful of visa-exempt entries, no matter what your boyfriend is doing in Thailand and no matter what your intentions are. The naked truth is: They - these intentions - just don't count, they bear no weight to your visa situation

that's wrong, this is an old rule that has been discontinued since 2017 . . see the current police order:

on the date of the application to the next extension of stay, it's two months, not three

why not? Got the peace of mind, and the fact that Thailand wants a parking fee from us, doesn't bother me much because I can afford it. Are you wincing about the interest you lose? In my opinion, the lovely weather in Thailand and the cheaper living costs by far outweights any interest

In my opinion, the lovely weather in Thailand and the cheaper living costs by far outweights any alleged interest. Who cares how much interest you get if you keep 800.000 THB worth in your home country, compared to a permanent stay permit in Thailand ? Do you know what a parking meter is? Are you the "Cheap Charlie"?
