Reckon Germany is very concerned of the 160% increase of the Indian variant in the UK.. Unlike Asian countries which are raising restrictions, the UK is in fact lowering them, despite the arrival of the Indian variant. Makes me wonder if the rest of the EU will do the same and impose bans on the UK.

The vaccine does not work against the Indian variant. In Singapore, in came through from Changi Airport, where 80 to 90% of staff were vaccinated. Staff members passed the virus to family members and from there it spread to others in the nation. ....

I believe the rule in most countries is that you must 6 months validity left. In European countries for sure...

If you are infected with the virus, you are up for 15 days solitary confinement in Thailand.... 😂😂

The rules change with the wind.... Be prepared to change and be flexible too with your plans....

I agree... Why would anyone be that desperate to come to Thailand for a holiday. The bars and restaurants are closed. Phuket and Pattaya are like ghost towns. So unless you have family, work or run a business here, it is crazy. Plus you you the additional expense of being detained in quarantine for 15 day days at the moment....

The Thai Tourist Visa duration of stay has been extended from 30 to 45 days for visits between 22 December 2020 - 30 September 2021. An additional 15 days should compensate the mandatory quarantine for those entering Thailand. This 45 day tourist visa exemption will be valid for visitors from 56 countries that qualify for a 30 day visa exemption.

information overload is the way forward. You should also have had copies of plans, title deeds to the land, correspondence, bills, estimates, etc, etc, etc... Even if it is in sanskrit which is unlikely they will understand...
