Further to this, on my appointment list from HH Immigration, these are the documents required, however, I will bring a statement anyway...

1. Application form

2. Copy of applicant’s passport

3. Evidence of income such as a retirement pension, interest or dividends; and/or

4. Account deposited (saving / fixed account) certificate issued by a bank in Thailand and a copy of a bankbook

My experience the last few years is that HH Immigration accepts a 3 month statement, which most banks can give you on the spot.

This was my 7th yearly extension, but first in Hua Hin, and I asked at the Imm office prior to going how many months statement. They said 3 months, so that is what I brought, and it was accepted. But, as you say, every office is different. Lampang also only wanted 3 months.
