Good luck getting a refund on anything irregardless of the reasons I was turned away last Monday said I only got the PCR covid test and not the Rt PCR and no refunds from the airline which surprised me as it was Qatar but no ASQ refunds either as far as the blacklist I would very politely email the embassy and ask them if they can explain why as you have no idea but be polite or you're wasting your time
