Hi I didn't have a recovery letter and I believe I have read they are not accepting a letter, Etihad Airways would only take a negative rt pcr test to fly with them

Just to confirm has this come in or pending, I will be staying in Patong so after I isolate does that mean I am free to go on the tours, James Bond, Elephant sanctuary, bars etc
