i encourage people to follow the law in the countries they travel. I myself did a borderrun 3-4days after my 90d report was due, not on purpose i just didnt remember it... had no troubles when making the next 90d

you need tm30 receipt for 90d report and it cannot be one made before you re-entered. You have your landlord's account info (login and password) to do tm30 thats good, but most tourists dont. Maybe not legal the way you do it, I hope you dont get caught

Im from a DTA country where taxes are higher, but atleast I save time because no need to do reporting when I dont need to bring more :)
