What documents are required for a Medical DTV for giving birth in Thailand?

Applied in Australia, British passport.

Docs provided -

Medical :

Online Medical appointment letter from Bumrungrad International hospital from most recent appointment.

Letter from the hospital saying that I will be getting treatment there for next 1 year. ( I asked them to provide this as said need it for DTV)

Next appointment letter which is in 2 months .

Financial:

1 year statement of my bank +

Family sponsorship letter saying they will cover all my expenses and their bank statements

Stay:

Letter from a care facility in Bangkok addressed to the Consulate adding I will be staying at their facility for over a year.

No further docs requested. Visa granted in 4 weeks.

P.s - this was done for my genuine treatment & care plan and just not for a long stay visa
