yes regarding bike gangs not being the kind of retirees they want here, maybe best to background checks instead of upping banked funds. But this is Thailand.....

IF you meet criteria do it urself. If struggling use agent but tell them only want help with paperwork. Some provinces immigration are more helpful than others. I'm in Prachuap Khiri Khan and immigration helpful here

been on YouTube last couple days. May increase the amount needed banked plus 65k. Apparently Big Joke is involved saying want more quality retirees and up banked funds is way to go......People using dodgy agents won't change its us follow rules will affect

yes stuck 2 years minimum use agent. 3rd year extension need transfer 65k baht a month every month year 2. But looks like that gona change soon ..
