But get as many stamps, they love official looking things.

DTV is a tourist visa. If you import anything, you will pay for customs clearance. And they are not easy to deal with.

Things are cheap in Thailand, buy some stuff once you arrive. A truckload of different stuff, is asking for trouble.

The airline might refuse to take you. Book an open return, and change when you are ready to leave.

If you are denied boarding, that is the most expensive way.

It's the ED visa over again. People got it on language school with 2500 students, and 2 teachers.

Not many gyms are authorized and it has to be a big gym, if they have 500 full time students.

You only register if you stay in Thailand for 90 days.

It reset once you leave, even for 1 day.

But if you own your own apartment and have lived there for 10 years, you still need to register every 90 days.

I wonder how people think a dental appointment for a filling, will get 5 year Visa. Online course could be done from home, no need to go to Thailand for that.

A lot of bogus courses promise a lot, but deliver less.

Elite visa and 5 year driving license. No problem in Pattaya and I did it myself, no agent.
