i got the certificate signed by Hanse Merkur Versicherumg. Check it out , its also quite simple to adjust your insurance to your actual needed length ( during a visit to Germany ! )

Yep,thanks for the wishing that they will accept their own formular. I prefer a proper insurance with unlimited coverage and no deductibles for my O-A visa stay. I will report back when the time is coming ... ;)

James Miller I got now the needed Thai certificate for foreign insurer signed by my German insurance company. I'm not willing to pay 40-

THB for Thai insurance with that crappy deductible.... Useless spent money only for paperwork. Will see if they now do accept their own certificate.

I've just done reregistering same address in Phuket and using drive thru at immigrations. Very convenient and quick. They simply updating the TM30 slip in your passport. Took 5 minutes.
