I was supposed to lie last night from Hong Kong to London. It was cancelled obviously. They have got me on another flight on Thursday but I’m not optimistic that it will be cleared up by then. The reason I’m telling you this is because I did call them and I got a very nice helpful person at a call centre although it was quite difficult to understand him as the line wasn’t great.. but he organised everything for me. I think you need to wait till closer to the time and see what the situation is….

I thought you were going to write that you realised how wrong it was to even have your photo taken with the animal in the first place. Don’t you know they sedate them heavily and how unhealthy it is for the animals to have people touching them all day?

And yet all you’re doing is complaining how they used your photo without permission. There’s a much bigger problem here - and that’s the fact you thought it was ok to go there in the first place.

I found a BA flight but it popped up on a site I didn't know. Turned out it was a codeshare flight I'd been considering - at 30% less. The exact same flight. With Qatar.

There are bargains to be had. But you need to really look around the internet
