I uploaded my driver's licence....they took it passport will do too if your applying in the same country you live in and it is same country....

If I am correct...What I did was attach my driver's license showing my resident address in my home country.... I was applying for Thai Visa in US and just simply showed my legal residency by attaching the State Drivers license with photo and address that is current.... I got my Visa and not kicked back by Embassy in DC or by immigration. It was confusing for me also....To have to answer all the forms you have to fill out to even get into the country are repetitive and frustrating even though they all go to the same place. It's really ridiculous. But normal Thailand.... They love paperwork just about as much as the tourist or long stay foreigners money....

I just booked my ASQ 12 hours ago paid in full but as the skeptic I am ...I questioned the hotel before paying. Asking.... What if? They responded they would give me full refund .....in writing...My ass is covered both ways...I am at peace with myself. Arrival is November 5. Good luck to everyone else!
