No there isn’t. But more expensive if you want US and Canada included. You have to choose, can’t keep switching. But I just take out a separate policy for when I’m travelling there.
I think it’s now difficult to obtain paperwork to enter Thailand unless you take out one of the Thailand ‘officially recognised’ policies. You have to get your insurance to fill out a special form to be covered (certificate isn’t sufficient) and several have reported their companies reluctant to do that. Plus all phaff of getting signature.
