The maximum amount is set by your bank in your home country so in many cases, including mine, it's not possible to withdraw even 20,000 thb. Even if there was no fee I still hate cash.

Anonym deltagare 292 I hate using cash, always have. I have true money wallet but have only used it for 7-11. I don't know if it can be used for Bolt, markets, small restaurants etc?

Yes of course you can use any debit card where it is accepted.

I have Wise, but how does that make every day life easier in Thailand? I just use Wise to transfer money.

Anonym deltagare 345 It's not. I hate cash, it's very inconvenient and you get charged 220 thb or whatever it is every time you get it if you don't have a thai bank account.
