What are the approval chances for a Syrian applicant applying for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)?

I very recently got it and I am syrian, if you fulfill the requirements (especially legal residency in Dubai) and have more than the required usd 15k in the bank, I would say chances are you get it. It is also different in

different embassies, some are easier. I have no idea about the UAE one I got mine at Ankara's.
