It doesn't make sense, unless in these cases they are already planning on changing it from DTV and issuing you a METV. Bc flights aren't available to book 5 years in advance 🥲

Yes yes and yes... 😃 DTV, they changed it to METV. Or perhaps they had already planned on issuing me the METV prior to asking me for proof of leaving, and they just needed that to issue it to me

Adnan Khairi they asked “please upload proof of leaving Thailand” I called to confirm it was after my stated arrival date and they said yes. Nothing to do with past visits

The Vancouver consulate has issued the visa I believe.. Multiple entry.

The bus from Cambodia: I said I was leaving on 21st sept (153 days after I refer arrival). They asked me to upload proof of leaving Thailand. I thought it was best to match it up with that departure date. So I wonder if I should have put further out as I want to be in Thailand for at least a couple years. The expiry date of my visa is the date of my departure at 153 days.
