Needed to bring wife and give copies of: application, passport bio page, passport visa page, passport entry stamp page, wife’s ID, wife’s tambien baan, marriage certificate, kor ror 2, wife’s name change certificate, condo lease agreement. landlord’s ID and tambien baan. They DID NOT ask about TM30.

And what form is needed for the extension? Is it available online?

I am not sure if my landlord has ever done a TM30. What happens if I don't have that? Everything else is no problem.

Ah, OK, so what you're saying is that I can be on the marriage-based Non-O and hold a work permit? So if I do a 6-day extension now will I be able to do a 1-year extension when the visa is up?
