How do I handle my 90-day report with a Non-O visa and multiple re-entries without a TM6?

Hello all, I have a Non-O visa with 1-year extension based on marriage. I recently started traveling again for business and got a multiple re-entry permit at BKK. I’ve since exited and re-entered Thailand twice. In both cases I didn’t need to fill out a TM6 upon return. Question: How do I handle my 90-day report? I’ve been doing it online during the pandemic and recently got the reminder email that it is due on August 28th. So should I just proceed with filing online as usual? Will there be an issue since I don’t have a TM6?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user with a Non-O visa and multiple re-entries wonders how to handle their 90-day reporting requirement, given their recent travels and the lack of TM6 forms upon re-entry. Commenters clarify that the 90-day report can still be filed online without a TM6, emphasizing the importance of the TM30 form to indicate residency. They mention that the 90-day countdown restarts upon re-entry into Thailand, and the user should track the due dates independently.

I think you just need to make sure you or landlord does a tm30 showing where you are staying now.

Is a new tm30 required every time sou return after leaving the Thailand? I know immigration checks to see if tm30 is filed when you do the 90day report. And can fine you if it’s not done.

You can do 90 days report online. It doesn't require TM6 (not a mandatory field). But you just re-enter Thailand 13th of this August. Your 90 days counting reset when you left and re-started on 13 Aug. System sends you a reminder based on your last report, NOT when you re-enter Thailand. You have to check and count the next due date by yourself.

your 90 day report is due 89 days after you re-entered Thailand

the email is auto send, it does not know that you left the country. honest, not sure if you can do online after leaving, guessing you can, but sure someone will come along with the answer

Thanks.🙏🙏It may be a moot point since I travel frequently. However, my understanding is that in the past the TM6 was effectively your first 90-day report. However, they are not making us fill those out now…

How can the TM6 be a 90-day report?

your TM6 didn't have anything to do with your 90 day report. If there's ever any question you just show them when you stamped in last.

TM6 never had anything to do with 90 reporting other than filling in its number

So if I ignore the reminder email, what happens? Will I have to go do it in person next time?

It is ok to ignore email. You can still do notification on line when due. Went through same process this month. You enter new entry date in notification.
