When should I report my 90-day check-in for my Non-O visa extension based on marriage in Thailand?

Hi all, quick question about 90-day reporting on my 1-year Non-O extension based on marriage. Immigration didn't give me the handy slip of paper telling me what day to report. So should I report 90 days from the original extension application, September 18th, or from the date the extension was granted, October 16th.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about when to report their 90-day check-in after receiving a 1-year Non-O visa extension based on marriage, noting they did not receive a reminder slip from immigration. Community members provided insights indicating that if this was the user's first yearly extension, the 90-day report should be from the application date (September 18); however, if it's a renewal of a prior extension, it should remain on the original schedule. Additionally, there's flexibility in the reporting timeframe, with the option to report up to 7 days early or late.

Where is the current location in BKK for in-person reporting (Chaeng Watthana?) and what do I need to bring with me? I heard it takes a few days to setup online reporting so I’ll schedule that for next time.

in Bangkok they moved the 90 day reporting from Chaengwattana out to the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office at this location

So I went to MTT, and was told the the 90-day report was due from the date of the 60-day extension prior to the 1-year extension, which makes absolutely no sense since the 1-year extension application included full information about my address, etc.

, on the up side, at least you now know WHEN your next 90 day report is :P AND you should be able to use the online program for it too (y)

Key point is to make sure you get that appointment card. They didn’t give it to me when I got either extension.

Yes, they sure did. They told me if I wanted to dispute it I had to go back over to CW and get a new little appointment card (that was never given to me in the first place). I do remember the IO at CW telling me I had to do the 90-day reporting when i received the 1-year extension.

, there is no 'few days to set up online reporting' for 90 day reports. You have to have reported once (in person or by mail) to get into the data base and then you can use the website portal or the mobile apps for reporting

Here's the website

I think you can report up to 7 days before or after, you don't need to stick strictly to the date.

Being slightly cynical I report on the day or a few days early. It doesn't affect the next 90 days being early

you can report in person from 15 days before down until 7 days after your actual due date. The date you report most definitely does affect the next 90 days and it's due 90 days from the date you report not from the date it was due.

right, thanks

I should know as I've been here 6 years lol

I think I'm forgetting stuff, but I usually go on the day but knew I didn't have to stick to the exact day.

Thanks for the info

IF this was your very first yearly extension it'd be from the 18th of Sept (the date you applied for the extension) BUT if it was simply a new yearly extension ,- meaning you had one last year too, your 90 day reporting is due when it was due and getting a new extension doesn't affect it

What if one moved from amnesty to an initial Non-Imm 'O' visa based on kids in September, and subsequently applied for the 12-month extension last week, and is presently "under consideration". When should the 90-day report be done?
