Yes, I talked with VFS Global and they said without previous Thailand travel history not possible to apply for DTV visa.

Are you sure about it? I am confuse. I was planning to apply for DTV visa. But some Thailand visa application center in Dhaka, Bangladesh saying without any previous Thailand travel history not possible to apply for DTV visa. I am a freelancer. I already mailed to embassy about but didn't get any response yet.
