There should be an email/phone number to contact. Others have posted that the Turkish Embassy is slow to approve and can take over a month.

The key is to show how you manage the property online, property size irrelevant. You can rent out a studio apartment and still get the DTV. If you have bought a property and renting it out that's a business. Many successful businesses started small

why? From the beginning to now. I know 3 such DTVERS. One student property has 4 rooms rented out individually which requires management of 4 tenants, 4 sets of repairs, rent collection etc. The DTV does not stipulate a minimum size of business.

Demonstrate how you manage the property, tenants, maintenance, payments, rent collection, repairs etc online. There have been similar property owners to yourself approved.
