TLDR : Answer Summary
When receiving salary payments in a different currency while working remotely, ensure the amounts on your payslip align with your bank deposits by documenting the exchange rates and any fees charged by your bank. Highlight the relevant transactions, note conversions in THB on your bank statements, and provide a cover letter explaining these details to clarify for anyone verifying the authenticity of your payslips.

as a former government bank worker: all they need is to match the payslip with the bank statement. dont overthink it. its just to make sure your paystubs and bank statements are authentic.

good luck

They want to make sure your payslip is genuine... You can easily provide the documents.

Just do what they say and don't overthink it. They know there would be small discrepancies lmao.

Just highlight the exact transaction relating to each payslip and write cover letter explaining the prevalent exchange rate and whatever flat rate fees your bank charges for receiving.

It's a request to check authenticity, because they didnt understand whatever documents you've sent, not a math test or tax audit.

I noted a conversion of the salary deposits into THB on my bank statements. I gave the exchange rate used. I also noted the THB conversion on the matching payslips.
