@Andy *******
my wife and I are blind and we seem to manage quite well and people are very helpful so that makes a big difference. I do agree that there are places which are not as good for example when crossing roads and sometimes you can get your cane caught in the holes where the gutters are and drains but overall my experiences are pretty positive and such lovely nice people

whilst I agree with your sentiments, I’ve been there three times already and my wife lives there so I haven’t really got much choice until she comes over over to the UK eventually.

What if worse comes to the worst, I’ll just have to ask and see if anyone is around to help me fill it in as my flight is at 1:45 in the afternoon on Thursday so I guess technically I need to get it done 72 hours before so preferably before quarter to 2 today

i’m surprised why I didn’t think about that myself but yes I use the assistance and I go from England to Bangkok every year and I’ve always booked the assistance when I get to the airport and the fast track system works very well and people are always helpful so I’ll try that and hopefully somebody will help me at the airport to fill it in. I don’t want to give the impression that I don’t know how to use technology but this one has really wound me up with the website 😅 thank you very much.

oh absolutely, I use the assistance every time I go to Thailand and that is first class but yes I didn’t think of that idea I shall ask at the airport and see if they can help. Thank you very much for that

Thank you for that I was just worried about the Accessibility with the website but I’ll give that a go if I can

Well I’m a blind individual will be arriving on the 9th of May, is there anyway that I could get some assistance to do this at the airport. I do use technology but I’m finding it might be quite difficult to do it online as I won’t have my laptop with me and this would have my screen reader that assist me to read what is online would be on there. I'm not the greatest to Phil informs online with the Mobile anyway. also my wife lives in Thailand, would I have to put her address down when they need to know where I’m staying. Or does that only apply to people who are staying in other accommodations such as hotels etc. I do understand that they’re trying to cut down on physical paperwork and it’s a more streamlined way of doing it.
