My option 1 is you should agree with your employer to still hire you whenever borders have been reopened so you can exit reentry on a Non IMM B visa.
Or if possible option 2 your employer could appeal to get you the work permit and enable you To work legally and then once borders are opened to exit reentry in the correct Non IMM B visa. But I wouldn’t bet on the second option.
Were they were born to a Thai Mother in Thailand? Are they registered in a Thai house certificate? If both the above are yes then they are entitled to Thai National status.
