Frank Shevchuk yes..I got stung last time they did this switch too....a 30 day extension is waste of half a day at Immigration to get!!

 I have queried that too. What surveillance of the conditions will prevail? If I have a medical issue and plan for treatment, does the DTV continue if the medical condition/treatment is concluded well before the 5 years and will this be checked/challenged on DTV re-entry?
