Easy plan ... test all that travel to Thailand before The AirPort and At The AirPort ... then a Quick test at Thai AirPort ..

If positive no travel ..

If negative no quarantine ..

This pandemin is just a power grab plan .. my opinion / you may have your own !

Why not try different countries when borders become normal again ?

Rent a condo wherever you are .

Use short term visas in Thailand , Vietnam and Philippines..

Philippines you can actually get long term RSSV visa (permanent resident ) for 10.000 dollars = ( money you can use for renting condo etc .. so it is just money that are in a special account ) .

When you tried living short periods in each of these countries - several options :

1 . You are sure where it suits you to live.

2 . You can’t decide between them - continue as before .

You have to report Too. Within 24 hours of arrival at the property. And If you go to another region of Thailand and check in at a hotel - then you have to do it again when you are back at the condo.

The hotel Will report your stay so no need to worry about it.

Just annoying to report again when you are back at your temporary Home.

They just want to know where you are at all Times.

What you can do is do it for him OR he can do it over internet..

If you do it for him you need :

A lawyer worded paper that he permits you to do it ..,

A copy of his ID card

A copy of his housebook...
