Apply yellow book with house deed?
Hi! My husband and I are both non- Thai, we own the condo together, we currently only have the house deed, we haven’t applied for our own yellow book( due to COVID lockdown before)
Our new nanny has her own agent helping for her work permit in the past 5 years, her agent is asking us to give the deed information, my husband’s passport and his work permit copy as part of the documents to help her to apply/ renew for her work permit/ proof of address ( my husband will be her employer officially according to this agent)
, but we are not very comfortable to give the deed information to the agent we don’t really know of.
But if we apply the yellow book and it will be enough to apply for her visa/ proof of address, we are happy to do it.
Have someone dealt with the same issue before? Can you share what’s the best way to do it ? What documents are required to apply the yellow book? ( Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana area)This is our first time dealing with the visa of our new nanny, would like to hear more opinions, thanks in advance 🙂
