She has been on overstay for a month now, will they give me problems? Also if I go to SA shiuld I apply for a 60 day tourist visa for her? Or will they reject it because she was ons overstay? They cannot deny her entry coming in right? And they cannot ask me to pay her overstay as the mom right?
