in penang Malaysia the documents was valid 30 days 2 years ago. Not that it will help you a lot but a 30 day time frame seems reasonable.

Do I need to inform the Thai government before leaving the country with a working visa for holidays?

When you have a single entry 3 month business visa you have to get a single re-entry or multi re-entry stamp. On multi entry 1 year you don't need that stamp.

You can get it at immigration or in airport before you stamp out your passport

best for transporting? If it would be 1000.000 euro it would be easiest with 500 bills but I hardly believe 5 100bills would be to much to carry in your wallet....;)

By law you are not allowed to bring your wp out of Thailand but some officers ask for it when you enter Thailand. Welcome to Thailand :)
