Thank you very much. Unfortunately he doesnt have 21 days 😅 he will need to travel back to work after 2 weeks in Thailand. I guess he definitely need to get it from here before we leave.

It just that he will be in and out every 6 weeks and it kind pain in the arse to get tourist visa everytime he visit :(

Visa fee for non-O in this country is almost 10 times higher than in Thailand.
