Everytime you enter you get a new 180 day stamp. If you want to extend while in Thailand it is looking like you might need to update paperwork

There is a list of nationalities that automatically take longer (4 weeks) for approval. Colombia is not on that list, so that isn’t the issue.

Did you select the embassy of the country you are currently in? They want evidence that you are actually there.

- For certain nationalities, the Thai MoFA’s says it will take 4 weeks. Mostly African and some South Asian nationalities.
