thank you for your reply, my question is because on the website for the thai embassy Madrid it specifically says if you’re not a resident and don’t have the residence card, cannot apply for visa there. So I am confused about this part of the rules.

so… show them proof of the vaccine, no? If you have one vaccine, proof for one, if you have two, proof for both, not only the second one… sounds straight forward to me man.
