I know. Litrally worried about a family member and the stereotype person comes out to give pointless advise with info that is irrelevant.
It frustrates me so much anything to do with Thailand always gets put in the same Jar, it's always the same jokes about Thai women moving on to the next person etc etc so boring and narrow minded and offensive to those that are genuine, it's litrally a rain drop in an ocean of this but a lot focus on it..
I am the same, I don't fly out until another 23 days and of course I had tried every social platform, LINE etc
Usually I would not be concerned but they have not been well over a few weeks and they always check in, morning and night so 3 days without anything anywhere was a worry and not normal to us personally.
I know my family and I know it was not normal and they were not just ignoring me like some comments. I did presume it could be a phone issue but minds tend to always push the worst to the the front don't they.
Thanks again and I hope your wait goes fast until your back in Thailand! I for one am clock watching haha
thank you for your message. I finally got through to them. There phone ended up in water and could not get it repaired until after Songkran. Panic over 😅 what a nerve racking experience.
Hi mate appreciate the comment, I agree unless they have no signal or no data mentioned. I was hoping for a way even accessible with no data or credit to eliminate all potential issues.
all good mate 😆 appreciate the advise. Just concerned that's all. I've tried all networks I can, LINE, phone call, text, Facebook, insta and nothing at all. Maybe I'm paranoid but it's hard to have any control when your the other side of the world for now. It's a killer!
cheers mate ill keep this in mind for now. I am only worried due to the person having ill health and it's unlike them not to contact me daily, so 2 days without contact for me is a concern as it is not normal as I've always heard from them consistently daily.
thanks for the advise it's the same message just tried. I can guarantee it's the right number and who said anything about it being a Thai bird or even a Thai 🤣
thank you for your advice and message, the statement on Embassy website states Financial evidence showing a balance of 200,000 Thai Baht (approx. £5000, USD$5,500, Aud$8000). This is to prove financial stability over a 6-month period where as a single entry does not require this, please let me know if I'm wrong in this statement? Your message stating if I do not have enough money to show this for a multi visa I cannot afford to come on with a single tourist visa is incorrect for me, as I still gain monthly income to support myself while in BKK however the balance to show this in 1 screenshot for multy visa is not possible at this time where as on a single I don't have to show such an amount, I hope you understand. If my comparison on both visas are incorrect please let me know as I would certainly prefer the multi visa in this case.
