Your name must be on the birth certificate and either be now married to the mother or at the time of birth be married or have legal recognition as the father from the courts or local amphur.

You need 400k in a Thai bank account.

The mother"s ID and tambien baan for the mom and child.

Any other documents immigration may ask of you.

Pink card got me vaccinated at an only Thai clinic because of the ID number when they were not vaccinating foreigners.

I used the ID number to watch the driving video online instead of a the test cenyer. I also use it for hotel stays .

The yellow book I use to renew

my driving license, so no need for a letter of address from my embassy.

No, your 90 days resets itself.

If you left Thailand every 90 days, you would never ever have to file a 90 day report.

91+ days, yes.

Not a big difference.

If you sell your vehicle, and the transfer has not gone through, the owner on the book is still liable.

Instead of arguing on the internet ask questions with a real Thai lawyer, like I did.

Really?

it happened to me in Minburi, Bangkok.

I was summoned to local court by the car owner's insurance company who claimed the money from me and I paid before it went mediation.

The bike was registered to me, it was involved in an accident and as the legal owner I was liable.

You need to brush-up on Thai law, if you live here and own vehicles.

As long as it is your name you are liable for any accidents to property or peolple.

Regardless of who is driiving.

I borrowed a "friend" my motorcycle once. He did a hit and run on a car.

23,000 Bhats worth of damage

To the car and bike.

Guess who had to pay when my "friend" ran away and the police came.

For what it's worth, My TM30 is 2 years old.

I haven't left Thailand in that time but I have stayed at many hotels all over the provinces.

Never had an issue getting my yearly extensions at Chiang Wattana with my old TM30.
