my guess is it was outside of the window. I’d seen conflicting accounts online about the reporting window and had read it was doable 15 days before and all the way to the due date. I’m pretty sure that information is incorrect.
I’d seen the previous post on the 28th March about holiday closures and applied the same logic to the 90 day. A mistake made and hoped will help others
